When people feel the need, once again, to rush to the defense of the poor, beleaguered Catholic Church for being so subtly lampooned by one woman of color waaaay over here in the western part of the Western Hemisphere I can only laugh out loud
at you pearl-clutching ninnies and your farcical outraged nonsense.
If I had a nickel for every time I overheard some fella in the club telling the lady he was chatting up how his “slutty” ex-girlfriend “broke his heart”,
I would have all the nickels.
I’d still be appalled at the way some dudes behave with strangers in public.
But at least I’d be rich.
